In April 2019, we secured full planning permission for a new 60 bedroom specialist nursing facility in Camberley, Hampshire. We co-ordinated thorough pre-application discussions with Natural England to overcome the site’s difficult location within the 400m zone of the Thames Basin Heaths Special Protection Area where new housing is restricted. DLBP also spoke in favour of the application at planning committee, where the application was approved unanimously.
