How we helped and added value:
In 2017 DLBP secured planning permission for a New Resource Centre for Adults with Disabilities. The development will result in the demolition and subsequent closure of the existing shop that serves residents in this area, and so a new temporary shop was identified as being required. Due to the programme being brought forward, the requirement for the planning permission for the temporary shop was also brought forward and we ensured that the target was met.
